- PAN card and Aadhar card of Director and Nominee.*
- Identity proof of the Director and Nominee.(Passport if foreign nationals)
- Registered office address proof.(Electricity bill/ Telephone bill/Gas Bill)*
- Bank Statement of Director and Nominee.(not more than 2 months)*
- Rent Agreement (Company name should be mentioned with complete address) (on Rs. 100 stamp paper) *
- NOC (Company name should be mentioned) (on Rs. 100 stamp paper) *
- Digital signature certificate of Director.*
- Board resolution authorising director for GST in the company*
- INC-9 of Director and Nominee.(on Rs. 10 stamp paper)
- DIR-2 of Director.
- Email id and mobile number of Director and Nominee.
- Passport size photo of Director and Nominee.
