Store Policies: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase or delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging along with a valid bill. Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen, bakery) are not returnable unless found damaged or expired at the time of delivery. Opened food items, personal care & hygiene products, medicines, and discounted/clearance items are non-returnable. In case of damaged, expired, or wrong items, customers must report the issue within 24 hours at the store. Approved refunds will be processed after verification and issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 3–5 working days.
