How To Sign Up On MT POS App?
Please follow the below steps to Sign Up on MT POS app:
  1. Open Google play store on your android app
  2. Searh for mt pos
  3. Look for app with name MT POS For MT Local
  4. Once you find it click on app name
  5. Click on Install button
  6. Once installation is completed click on Open button
  7. On Login screen of MT POS click on SIGNUP FOR FREE link
  8. Fill in the Signup form
  9. Select the POS Type as per your business
  10. Click on SIGN UP button
Please follow the steps below to manage your store details on MT POS app:
  1. Login to MT POS App
  2. Click on Menu icon
  3. Click on Management
  4. Then click on Stores And Branches
  5. Click on Store Name
  6. It will open Edit Store form where you can edit your store details
  7. After making edits to your store details click on Save button
Please follow the below steps to manage your online store details on MT POS app:
  1. Login to MT POS App
  2. Click on Menu icon
  3. Click on Management
  4. Then click on Manage Online Store
  5. Click on Store Name
  6. It will open Edit Online Store form where you can edit your online store details
  7. After making edits click on Save button
Please follow the steps below to share your online store link with customers:
  1. Login to MT POS App
  2. On Home screen click on Add On
  3. Click on Business Links
  4. Under Online Store Link click on SHARE button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Menu icon
  2. Click on Management
  3. Click on Product Category
  4. Click on button to add new category
  5. If category already exists click on category you want to edit
  6. Click on Save button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Menu icon

  4. Click on button to add new product
  5. If product already exists click on product you want to edit
  6. Click on camera icon to click or upload product photo
  7. Fill in the product details
  8. To show product on online store click on check box Selling Online?

  6. Click on button to add new addon
  7. Enter Add On Name and Selling Price

  4. Click on product whose online price you want to hide
  5. Set Online Price value as 0.00
  6. Click on Save button
This will show "Price on Request" instead of product price on online store.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. On Home screen click on Barcode Label
  2. Select Product
  3. Click on Next
  4. Click on Process button
  5. Click on Next
  6. Barcode is generated
To print the barcode you can use any Thermal Label Printer.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. From Computer or Laptop visit mtlocal.in/userpanel/login
  2. Login with your registered mobile number and password
  3. Click on Management
  4. Click on Product
  5. Click Import From Excel
  6. Click on Demo Excel Template button to download the template
  7. Open Demo Excel Template and fill in the product details
  8. Once Excel file is ready for upload click on Choose File button and select the file to upload
  9. Click on Import button
The Demo Excel Template only works with Excel version 2010 and above or Google Sheets
If you are uploading products manually from app then use the below tips to save time:
  1. Make use of Google voice typing. Most of the latest version of android phones comes with Microphone icon on keyboard for voice typing
  2. If your phone does not have Voice typing feature then you can download Google Keyboard app from Play store
  3. Make use of Google Lens to find product images, names and descriptions, most of the latest version of android phones comes with Google Lens in Google Search . However, you can also download Google Lens app from Play store.
  4. Make use of Open AI Chat GPT to write product names and descriptions. You can download ChatGPT app from Play store.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Menu icon
  2. Click on Management
  3. Scroll and then click on Supplier
  4. Click on button to add new supplier
  5. Add supplier Name, Phone Number, Email, GSTIN and Address
  6. Click on Save button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Wholesale
  2. Click on button
  3. Select products
  4. Click on Supplier dropdown and select supplier
  5. Select Payment Method
  6. Click on Buy button
When you add Wholesale transaction the product stock is updated automatically.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Order History
  2. Click on Wholesale & Calendar
  3. Select Date Range & Apply
  4. It will list all the wholesale transactions
To see details of any particular transaction click on it.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Menu icon
  2. Click on Management
  3. Scroll and click on Customer
  4. Click on + button to add new customer
  5. Enter Customer Name, Phone Number, State & GST Code, Address
  6. Click on Save button
MT Loyal Customer Number, Email and GSTIN are optional.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Add On
  2. Click on Business Links
  3. Scroll and under User Registration Link click on SHARE button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on POS
  2. Select Order Type
  3. Click on + button
  4. Select Products
  5. Click on Next
  6. Select Payment Method
  7. Select Customer if you want
  8. Enter Money received from customer
  9. Click on Pay button
  10. Click on Finish button
Once bill is generated you can share it with customer on WhatsApp or any other messaging app. You can also print the bill with any thermal receipt printer.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on POS
  2. Select Order Type
  3. Click on Barcode scanner button
  4. Scan the barcode on Product
  5. Click on Next
  6. Select Payment Method
  7. Select Customer if you want
  8. Enter Money received from customer
  9. Click on Pay button
  10. Click on Finish button
If product does not have barcode then you can generate barcode using Barcode Label option on Home screen.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. On Home screen click on Other Menu
  2. Click on QR Code
  3. Click on SAVE TO GALLERY button to download
  4. Click on SHARE button to share it with anyone

  3. Click on Share Card button to share it with anyone
  4. Click on Order Card button to place order for printing with MT Local team

The online store QR code and link is show on bill and visiting card so that customers know about your online store and they can shop from your store online.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Order History
  2. Click on Sales tab
  3. Click on Calendar button
  4. Select Date Range
  5. Click on Apply button
  6. It will display all the sales transactions
If you want to see any one particular transaction click on it.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Menu icon
  2. Click on Management
  3. Scroll and click on Discount
  4. Click on + button to add new Discount code
  5. Enter Discount Code
  6. Enter Discount Information
  7. Select Nominal type or %
  8. Enter Nominal value
  9. Click on Save button
You can select these discount codes while billing to customers using POS option on Home screen.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Sales Return
  2. Select Product
  3. Click on Next
  4. Enter Invoice Number
  5. Enter Money return amount
  6. Click on Process button
  7. Click on Finish button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Order History
  2. Click on Sales Return tab
  3. Click on Calendar icon
  4. Select Date Range
  5. Click on Apply button
  6. It will list sales return transactions
If you want to view the details of any one particular sales return transaction click on it.

  3. Click on Expend Category
  4. Click on + button to add new category or select existing category to edit
  5. Enter Category Name
  6. Click on Save button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Transaction
  2. Click on Expense
  3. Click on + button
  4. Select Expense Name i.e category
  5. Enter Spending amount
  6. Enter Note for spend
  7. Click on Save button
  8. Click on Calendar icon
  9. Select Date
  10. Click on bill icon if you want to upload bill
  11. Click on Save button
  12. Click on OK button
Do not add Wholesale purchase or Raw material purchase transactions here for physical products, as we have separate option to add Wholesale purchases and Raw Material purchases.

  1. Click on Transaction
  2. Click on History
  3. Click on Expense tab
  4. Click on Calendar icon
  5. Select Date Range
  6. Click on Apply button
  7. It will list all the Expend transactions
If you want to view details of any one particular expend transaction click on it.

  1. Click on Transaction
  2. Click on Income
  3. Click on + button
  4. Enter the Name for income
  5. Enter the Nominal for income
  6. Click on Calendar icon
  7. Select Date
  8. Click on Save button
  9. Click on OK button

  3. Click on Income tab
  4. Click on Calendar icon
  5. Select Date Range
  6. Click on Apply button
  7. It will list all the Income transactions
If you want to view details of any one particular income transaction click on it.

  2. Click on Management
  3. Click on Raw Material
  4. Click on + button to add new Raw Material
  5. Enter Raw Material Name
  6. Select Unit
  7. Enter Purchase price per unit
  8. Enter First Stock i.e current stock
  9. Click on Save button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Manage Stock
  2. Click on Shopping for Raw Materials
  3. Click on + button to add Raw Materials
  4. Select the Raw Materials
  5. Enter the Quantity for each Raw Material
  6. Click on Buy button
When you add Raw Material purchase transaction the stock for raw material is updated automatically.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Transaction
  2. Click on History
  3. Click on Expense tab
  4. Click on Calendar icon
  5. Select Date Range
  6. Click on Apply button
  7. It will list all the Expend transactions along with Raw Material purchase transactions
As Raw Material purchase is part of business expenses it is listed along with other expenses.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Wholesale
  2. Click on + button
  3. Select the products
  4. Select Supplier
  5. Select Payment Method as Debt
  6. Select Due date
  7. Click on Buy button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on POS
  2. Click on + button
  3. Select the products
  4. Click on Next
  5. Select Payment Method as Debt
  6. Select Due date
  7. Enter Debt Amount
  8. Select Customer
  9. Click on Pay button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Manage Debts
  2. Click on Payable Suppliers tab to view debt transactions for Suppliers and click on Receivables Customers tab to view debt transactions for customers
  3. To view details of any specific transaction click on it
  4. To pay the pending debt amount click on Pay Bills button
  5. Enter the Payment Amount
  6. Click on Pay button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Manage Stock
  2. Click on Stock Adjustment
  3. Select Product
  4. Modify Actual physical stock
  5. Enter the reason why you are modifying the current stock
  6. Click on Save button
Do not use this option to add new stock the new stock should be added with Wholesale option
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Manage Stock
  2. Click on Tracking Stock
  3. Select Product
  4. You can see history of stock update and adjustment
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Manage Stock
  2. Click on Raw Material Stock
  3. Select Raw Material
  4. Adjust Actual physical stock
  5. Click on Save button
Do not add new raw material stock with this option. To add new stock use Shopping for Raw Materials option.
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Manage Stock
  2. Click on Raw Material Stock
  3. Click on History button on the top right corner
  4. Select Raw Material
  5. Click on Calendar icon
  6. Select Date range
  7. Click on Apply button
Please follow the steps below:
  1. Click on Menu button
  2. Click on Management
  3. Click on Manage Product
  4. Select Product for which you want to add receipe
  5. Click on + Manage Recipe button
  6. Click on + button
  7. Select Raw Material
  8. Enter Stock used i.e. how much quantity is required to create product
  9. Click on Save button
  10. Similarly add all the raw materials requried to create product
Whenever product is sold the Raw Material stock is updated automatically.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refunds

Downgrades

If you wish to downgrade your subscription, you need to wait till the end of the validity of premium subscription. Post which account will be downgraded to Basic. No refunds will be provided for downgrades.

Changes to Pricing

MT Local reserves the right to change the pricing for our services and apps at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscriptions will remain at their current rate until the end of the validity.

At MT POS For MT Local, we strive to provide our customers with the best point of sale (POS) experience possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind or if you decide that you no longer need the app.
  2. User Error: Refunds will not be issued for user errors, such as incorrect installation or misuse of the app.
  3. Violations of Terms: Refunds will not be issued if you violate our terms of service or end-user license agreement.
