6. Bank Statement of Director and Nominee.(not more than 2 months)*
7. Rent Agreement (Company name should be mentioned with complete address) (on Rs. 100 stamp paper) *
8. NOC (Company name should be mentioned) (on Rs. 100 stamp paper) *
9. Digital signature certificate of Director.*
10. Board resolution authorising director for GST in the company*
11. INC-9 of Director and Nominee.(on Rs. 10 stamp paper)
12. DIR-2 of Director.
13. Email id and mobile number of Director and Nominee.
14. Passport size photo of Director and Nominee.
